However, there are exceptions for some things. The stains on these wool rugs were from a few food and drink spills. No submerging rug washing required. We used a Woolsafe cleaner and a sanitizing rinse to remove every single stain. No steam/heat allowed on natural fiber rugs. They were so happy with the outcome!
The customer was worried about water stains on her luxury sofa. We cleaned it thoroughly, removing all soiling and staining, leaving it looking brand new.
